Use when the user wants video dubbing, video translation, subtitles, transcription, speech-to-text, or audiobook creation. Returns the create catalog: order types, source_type_id, language.id values from languages[], and allowed field values. Call this first. language_from outside languages[] is rejected. Does not create an order.
