NULLA is a local-first AI agent that runs entirely on your own machine (Ollama-based). It connects to local MCP servers over stdio (opt-in) and uses their tools during tasks, and it signs an offline-verifiable receipt of every action — what it claimed vs. what actually ran. Private by default: nothing leaves your machine. Open source (MIT), Alpha.
