When a snippet looks relevant, call get_manual_chunk(chunk_id) to pull the full text. manual_outline_total is set ONLY when the outline was truncated for a verbose module; its absence means the returned outline is complete. When set, use search_manual to reach chunks beyond the cap. Module IDs are slug-shaped: "<manufacturer-id>/<module-slug>".
