"gohighlevel" matching MCP tools:

  • Push leads into a connected destination: 'close' (CRM — uses the account's saved field mapping), 'ghl' (GoHighLevel sub-account), 'google_sheets' (new spreadsheet, or pass spreadsheet_id for one LeadMarina created before), or a file — 'csv' | 'xlsx' | 'json' (a 7-day download link, also emailed to the account owner when the file is small enough to attach). Exports EITHER one search's leads (pass search_id) or the whole library (set all=true). Either can be narrowed with the same filter rows as query_leads — with search_id they apply within that search. Leads go out best-ranked first (rank, then id), the order of the leads table. LIMITS PER CALL, which differ by destination because CRMs take one API call per lead: csv/xlsx 50,000 · json 25,000 · google_sheets 5,000 · close/ghl 1,000. For a big library going to a CRM, export csv and import the file instead. If more leads match than the limit, the response sets truncated=true and returns next_cursor — relay that to the user, the export was partial; to send the next batch, call export_leads again with the SAME destination, search_id or all, and filters, plus cursor=next_cursor. A next_cursor with not_sent means the destination's time limit cut this batch short: the same call with that cursor sends the rest. An all=true export spread over several calls reads the library live, so a lead that a search running between calls finds again can be skipped or sent twice; for one consistent copy, export the library in a single csv/xlsx (up to 50,000 leads) or json (up to 25,000) call while no search is running. Close, GoHighLevel and a LeadMarina-created sheet passed as spreadsheet_id UPDATE previously exported leads in place (matched by Google CID), never touching the user's own CRM notes/columns; a file or a new sheet is a fresh copy every time — so do not repeat a call that succeeded. Or pass campaign_id instead of search_id to export one advanced search's leads.

  • Which export destinations this account has connected (Close, GoHighLevel, Google Sheets) and whether each is ready to receive leads. Check this BEFORE export_leads or create_automation with a CRM destination — those fail if the integration isn't connected, and Close additionally needs one manual export first to save its field mapping. File destinations (csv/xlsx/json) always work and need nothing connected.

For credential-based connectors, this clears the saved credentials so the user can re-enter them. Input: connector_id (required). Supported values: google_workspace, microsoft, dropbox, shopify, shopline, quickbooks, hubspot, slack, ebay, facebook_marketing, tiktok, klaviyo, calendly, activecampaign, odoo, constantcontact, airtable, gohighlevel, monday, semrush, ahrefs, posthog, stripe, gunbroker.

  • For an AGENCY with GoHighLevel connected: send one email from its own GoHighLevel (its own sending address and domain) to one contact — by contact_id (from ghl_find_contacts), or by email address (added as a contact if new). Write the body as plain text; blank lines become paragraphs. Read the exact message back to the agency and get its OK before calling: this sends a real message to a real person from the agency's own GoHighLevel and can't be unsent. Never message a contact marked Do Not Disturb, and only message people who have agreed to hear from the agency. One person per call; up to 100 messages a day.

It returns an authorization error even for the documented example. Do not spend calls on it; use 'technologies' per-domain instead. ⚠ Responses are large. Always pass `fields` (e.g. ['data.attributes.domain']) or `mode:'summary'` on discovery actions. Usage: { action: 'list' } → what is LIVE for this workspace right now (full descriptions + JSON Schemas) plus what is not connected yet and how the operator connects it. { action: 'describe', tool: '<name>' } → one tool's schema, full docs, and any known broken/plan-gated actions. { action: 'call', tool: '<name>', arguments: { ... }, agent_id: '<your agent.id>' } → run it. Always include agent_id so spend is attributed to you. { action: 'fetch_payload', payload_id: '<id>', path?, offset?, limit?, fields? } → page a stored oversized response (free, no re-billing). PAYLOAD CONTROLS (use them. Some APIs return 100KB+ of single-line JSON): fields: ['data.attributes.domain', 'data.attributes.company_name'] → project only the columns you need. Cheapest option, always prefer it. mode: 'summary' → structure digest + record count + 2 sample rows, so you can pick `fields` before pulling the full set. max_chars: <n> → clamp the response (default 12000). Anything over the limit is NOT dropped: it is stored and returned as a digest + payload_id you can page with fetch_payload. Never route overflow through files. Every response carries `related_tools`. The tools that feed into or follow from the one you just used. Read it before deciding your next step. Tools marked [requires ...] only work once the operator has connected them. Always `list` once per session to see live status, and `describe` a tool before your first `call`. Never tell the operator a capability is missing without checking `list` first. And never promise an action on a tool that `list` reports as not connected; tell the operator what to connect instead.

  • LeadConnector / GoHighLevel MCP Pack — wraps the GoHighLevel CRM for AI agents.

  • Full-stack GoHighLevel (GHL) MCP for funnels, client DNS/SSL, LeadShield spam blockers & snapshots.

N'envoie aucun message. Portée « write » requise.

  • List the CRMs this account can keep in sync on its own (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Pipedrive, DataCRM): which are connected, what each one syncs (`syncing`, already in words — say them in the administrator's language), when it last synced, and its last error code (invalid_token / unauthorized = the token was revoked, missing_scopes = it lacks a permission, webhook_failed = CRM edits are not coming back). crm_edits_setup says how CRM edits reach this account: manual = the administrator must paste this account's inbound webhook URL into the CRM (a GoHighLevel workflow or HubSpot app webhook); that URL contains a secret and is shown only on Settings -> Integrations -> CRM -> <CRM name>, so send them there and never write or guess it. It is not the outgoing webhooks of Settings -> Webhooks. automatic = registered by us (Pipedrive) or checked by us every 15 minutes (DataCRM, which has no webhooks); automatic_pending = not registered yet, reconnecting fixes it. This is different from Connectors, which are tools the AI agents use mid-chat. Connecting, changing a token or a switch happens in Settings -> Integrations -> CRM; never ask for a token in chat.

  • Fetch live lists from a connected CRM — its fields, tags, users, pipeline stages, Facebook pages/forms, Follow Up Boss inboxes or Follow Up Boss ponds — so their ids can be passed to update_integration (field mapping, routing triggers and tag rules, settings, user mapping) or manage_user (CRM user links). Supported: fields (ActiveCampaign, Brivity, CINC, Follow Up Boss, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Keap, Lofty, Pipedrive, Realtor.com, Salesforce, Wise Agent); tags (ActiveCampaign, CINC, Keap, Wise Agent); users (ActiveCampaign, Aircall, Brivity, CINC, Follow Up Boss, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Keap, Lofty, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Wise Agent); stages (Pipedrive); pages and forms (Facebook); inboxes (Follow Up Boss Inbox App); ponds (Follow Up Boss).
