"Using WhatsApp as the Main Platform for Customer Communication and Services" matching MCP tools:

  • Update a WebZum site's universal contact fields — phone, email, WhatsApp, the primary contact channel, address, hours — OR the business/brand name. Use this (NOT update_site_html) for these fields: it updates the canonical business record AND sweeps every page, so contact-form delivery, tel:/mailto:/wa.me links, header, footer, page titles, and body copy all stay in sync. WhatsApp: pass an instruction like "add my WhatsApp +966 55 123 4567" (keep the country code) to render a wa.me click-to-chat button site-wide, or "make WhatsApp the main way to reach us" to set it as the primary CTA. Required: businessId, versionId, and a conversationHistory containing at least one user turn describing the change verbatim. Do NOT use for general copy/layout edits (use update_site_html) — this tool only touches contact fields + the business name. Returns { versionId, status: 'completed' | 'in_progress', ...extra }. If status is 'in_progress', poll get_site_status with the returned versionId every 5-10s until isComplete is true. Concurrency: edits on the same businessId MUST be serial.

For services with maxParticipants > 1, the start can be booked until remainingCapacity reaches 0. Read the status and statusDescription verbatim and relay them accurately: do NOT tell the customer 'confirmed' when the status is 'pending'. If the selected service has requiresCustomerAddress=true, ask the customer for their full service address before calling this tool and pass it as customerAddress. ONLY call this if the business has 'booking' in its enabledFeatures array.

A 90-minute floor always applies. If flight cannot be validated, returns FLIGHT_NOT_FOUND — ask the customer to re-confirm the flight number, or set flight_unverified=true with manual_airline + manual_origin to force-accept.

TRY sync_from_main FIRST; this tool calls it internally (a plain merge keeps both sides with no judgement call) and only escalates when git genuinely conflicts. On conflict it writes a TWO-PARENT merge commit so the histories actually join. That matters: copying one branch's tree onto the other makes the contents match while leaving NO merge base, so the very next promote conflicts again — equal content is not a reconciled history. Conflicting files are resolved per file, NEWEST WINS, and every decision is reported. Recency is a heuristic, not intent: read the decisions. On a real tenant main held the newer solution.json while dev held the newer widget, so a blanket choice would have reverted one of them. WHO NEEDS THIS: any tenant whose deploys predate the dev-routing fix carries main-only commits the platform itself wrote, and hits this on its first promote afterwards.
