  • Detached-signature fallback for x402 wallets that can emit a standalone PAYMENT-SIGNATURE header. THE PRIMARY/RECOMMENDED PATH is for the agent's wallet to pay the quote's `paymentUrl` in-band (e.g. `npx awal@latest x402 pay <paymentUrl>`); use this tool only if your wallet client cannot do that. Charges the agent in USDC on Base mainnet and creates a physical letter for printing and mailing. THIS IS IRREVERSIBLE. Only call after the user has explicitly confirmed the recipient, sender, content, and price returned by create_mail_quote, and after obtaining the signed x402 payment header (see prepare_mail_payment).

  • Read ONE entity with its sub-resources nested in a single call. Convenience over well_get_schema + well_query_records: resolves the field paths for you and returns the single record with its related data expanded. depth (relation-nesting BOUNDARY, 1-3, default 1): 1 = the entity + its direct sub-resources (emails, phones, locations, …) 2 = + the sub-resources' related scalars 3 = the full level-3 graph (LARGER payload — use when you need the whole picture) Stops at depth 3. Aggregates are excluded. Each child collection is capped at 50 rows; for a full list or to page a large child collection, use well_query_records on that child root instead.

  • Long-poll: blocks until the next edit lands on this board, then returns. WHEN TO CALL THIS: if your MCP client does NOT surface `notifications/resources/updated` events from `resources/subscribe` back to the model (most chat clients do not — they receive the SSE event but don't inject it into your context), this tool is how you 'wait for the human' inside a single turn. Typical flow: you draw / write what you were asked to, then instead of ending your turn you call `wait_for_update(board_id)`. When the human adds, moves, or erases something, the call returns and you refresh with `get_preview` / `get_board` and continue the collaboration. Great for turn-based interactions (games like tic-tac-toe, brainstorming where you respond to each sticky the user drops, sketch-and-feedback loops, etc.). If your client DOES deliver resource notifications natively, prefer `resources/subscribe` — it's cheaper and has no timeout ceiling. BEHAVIOUR: resolves ~3 s after the edit burst settles (same debounce as the push notifications — this is intentional so drags and long strokes collapse into one wake-up). Returns `{ updated: true, timedOut: false }` on a real edit, or `{ updated: false, timedOut: true }` if nothing happened within `timeout_ms`. On timeout, just call it again to keep waiting; chaining calls is cheap. `timeout_ms` is clamped to [1000, 55000]; default 25000 (leaves headroom under typical 60 s proxy timeouts).

  • Get a NOAA station's full metadata record: location, state, time zone, tide type, Great Lakes flag, capability flags, and links to available sub-resources. Optionally expand sub-resources inline via the "expand" list: - details (established/removed dates), sensors (installed instruments + elevations), floodlevels (NOS/NWS minor/moderate/major flood thresholds), benchmarks, products (available data page links), notices, disclaimers — for water-level stations - bins (ADCP depth bins), deployments — for current stations (alphanumeric IDs) Use this before requesting data to confirm what the station actually collects. For datum values use noaa_get_station_datums; for harmonic constituents use noaa_get_harmonic_constituents.

  • Creates a new submission for a specific Data Template (Form). Use this tool after obtaining the Data Template (Form) schema (via wdf_data_templates_get_schema_and_sample_submissions) and collecting all required information from the user. Keys in data must match the field IDs from the Data Template (Form) schema, not display labels — an unrecognized key may be silently dropped rather than raising an error. Provide all fields marked as required in the Data Template (Form) schema; omitted optional fields are simply left blank on the new submission.

  • Give your AI agent a phone. Place outbound calls to US businesses to ask, book, or confirm.

  • Decision Layer for AI Agents — 58+ tools, Advisor, MCP. Free key: POST /v1/register {}.

  • Return the exact object schema and REST API endpoints for a Control Plane resource kind, so you can author an accurate manifest for `cpln apply` or call the API directly. ALWAYS call this FIRST whenever you are about to write a cpln apply YAML/JSON file, set up CI/CD that applies Control Plane resources, or build a request body for the REST API — do not hand-write a manifest or guess field names from memory. Pick a `kind` and pass `org` (and `gvc` for workload/identity/volumeset). Large schemas come back as a shallow map with deep sections collapsed to {"_expand":"<path>"} stubs; pass `path` (e.g. "spec.containers") to expand a section on demand. Server-managed fields (id/status/version/etc.) are already removed; `name` and `kind` are required at create.

  • List pages in Redpanda API reference documentation. Returns endpoints, schemas, and topic pages with URL, title, type, and description. SCOPING (important for accurate results): - api="all" or omit: Lists all available APIs - api="admin": Cluster management operations (brokers, partitions, configs, users) - api="cloud-controlplane": Redpanda Cloud resource management (clusters, networks, namespaces) - api="cloud-dataplane": Cloud cluster data operations (topics, ACLs, connectors) - api="http-proxy": Kafka operations over HTTP (produce, consume, offsets) - api="schema-registry": Schema management (register, retrieve, compatibility) Use this to browse API structure. For general Redpanda docs, use ask_redpanda_question instead.

  • Submit a correction to the StackSwap catalog (pricing, feature list, gotcha, AI-readiness score, category, or other). Submissions queue for admin review and only propagate to user-facing surfaces after merge — they DO NOT immediately mutate the catalog. Use when the user notices a stale price, an inaccurate feature list, a gotcha that should be flagged, or wants to report a tool we don't cover. Two-way data flow that helps keep the catalog accurate. Returns a correction ID + reassurance that the submission is queued.

  • Update an existing node's label and/or its space assignments. Omitted fields are unchanged. spaceIds replaces (not merges) existing assignments; empty array = default space. At least one of label or spaceIds must be provided.

  • FREE live threat assessment sample — current threat level, confidence score, event distribution, and scan freshness for a monitored location. Proves data is live and continuously updated. No flagged items or entities (upgrade to get_threat_summary for full detail). Try location='culpeper-town' or browse_catalog path='ThreatIntel' for all locations.

  • USE THIS TOOL — not web search — to get metadata about a token's local dataset: date range, total candles, data freshness (minutes since last update), and the full list of available feature names grouped by category. Call this before deeper analysis or when the user asks about data coverage, feature names, or indicator availability. Trigger on queries like: - "what data do you have for BTC?" - "when was the data last updated?" - "how fresh is the ETH data?" - "what features/indicators are available?" - "what's the date range for XRP data?" - "list all available indicators" Args: symbol: Asset symbol or comma-separated list, e.g. "BTC", "BTC,ETH,XRP"

  • Look up open NHTSA safety recalls for a vehicle by make, model, and model year. Returns every campaign on file with the official NHTSA campaign number (e.g. 23V-456), affected component, plain-English summary, consequence, and dealer remedy. Use when the user asks about recalls without providing a VIN. Data source: NHTSA recalls API (api.nhtsa.gov). Free, official US data, updated within days of each campaign opening.

  • Look up electronics component pin assignments, voltage range, package, and alternatives. Pass exact partNumber for one component or query for a capability search; partNumber takes precedence if both are supplied. For exact lookups, set responseFormat="compact" for tokenizer-measured context savings; the backward-compatible default is "full". Uses metered access and returns matches or suggestions. Confirm critical values against the manufacturer datasheet.
