"Help with building SwiftUI for iOS in Cursor" matching MCP tools:

  • Claim files before an agent edits them so other agents do not patch the same SwiftUI/App files concurrently. Claims are local, short-lived, and stored in .axint/coordination/claims.json. Use: use before editing shared files in parallel-agent work; release claims when done. Inputs: agentId and files identify the claim; ttlMinutes bounds ownership and force overrides stale claims. Effects: writes local coordination claims under .axint/coordination; no network.

  • Incremental poll: raw item-level AI news added since a cursor, oldest→newest, with a nextCursor for your next call — use this for "what's new since I last checked"; for the curated once-daily synthesis use get_daily_briefing. Omit cursor for the latest items plus a cursor to start polling from. Titles + links + topics (bodies and higher limits are on the paid tier).

  • Search X by keywords. type picks the mode: recent (default) is the deep chronological sweep and keeps paginating as far as you follow the cursor; popular returns the highest-engagement tweets for the query; people finds accounts and returns a single page (no cursor). Advanced query operators pass through verbatim, e.g. "from:nasa", "min_faves:100", exact phrases in quotes -- there is no separate date parameter, so use since:/until: operators for time windows. Costs 6 credits per page; a cursor page is a NEW call priced the same way, so a deep sweep costs linearly in pages. Returns tweet summaries (text, author with follower count, views, likes, retweets, replies, created_at, url, id) with a cursor. Fetch one tweet's full detail with x_get_tweet and an account's timeline with x_get_tweets. For comment-level sentiment inside topic communities, reddit_search type=comments is usually the sharper instrument.

  • Send a raw DevTools-protocol command to the browser page on a device and return its reply — the escape hatch for capabilities no dedicated tool wraps yet (Emulation, Performance, CSS, Animation, DOM mutation, …). Works on BOTH iOS Safari and Android Chrome, auto-detected from the udid. `method` is "Domain.command" (e.g. "Emulation.setGeolocationOverride"); `params` is that command's parameter object. Scope is the BROWSER — this reaches web content only, never the device or native apps. Prefer a dedicated tool when one exists: they handle setup ordering, lifecycle and teardown that a bare command does not. IMPORTANT, iOS: the two engines do NOT implement the same protocol — Android is full CDP, iOS is WebKit's dialect. Chrome-only domains fail with -32601 "domain was not found" (Accessibility, Emulation, and Page.captureScreenshot are all absent on iOS), and a `*.enable` on iOS reports success without proving the domain exists, so never treat it as a capability probe — probe with a real method.

  • Change the iOS device's system language and / or locale (persistent, affects every app). iOS may relaunch SpringBoard to apply the change — expect a 5-10s flicker, and the value can take a few seconds to read back. Pass a BASE language code ("fr", not "fr-CA"): iOS reports a region-qualified language but refuses to set one, so a regional code is split into its base language plus a locale automatically. For per-app testing without changing the whole device, prefer ios_launch_app_in_language.

  • Get physical building characteristics for a DVF transaction from the BDNB national building database. Returns: construction year, number of units, number of floors, wall material, roof material, primary usage, and median price/m² from BDNB's pre-2022 DVF aggregate stats. REQUIRED: transaction_id (DVF transaction ID — get this from the "id" field in search_property_transactions results) Match method: spatial proximity (nearest BDNB building within 200m). Returns null + refunds credits if no building found within 200m. Workflow: call search_property_transactions first → use an "id" from the results as transaction_id here. Example: transaction_id: "12345678" → { building: { annee_construction: 1967, nb_logements: 48, mat_mur: "beton", ... } } Cost: 2 credits

  • Drive iOS VoiceOver on a real device and read where its cursor lands. Actions: 'status' (is it on), 'start' / 'stop' (turn VoiceOver on or off — a few seconds each; 'enable' / 'disable' are accepted as the same, matching android_talkback), 'next' / 'previous' (move to the next or previous element), 'activate' (VoiceOver's double tap on the current element), 'back', 'home', 'rotor' (change the rotor setting — Headings, Links, Words…; pass direction), 'rotor_item' (previous / next item of the current rotor setting; pass direction), 'read_all' (read from the top for `duration` seconds, then pause). Each move returns `text` — the accessibility label of the element VoiceOver settled on, plus its `focus` (label, frame in points, app). The exact spoken sentence (roles, hints) is redacted by iOS; the label is what is available — an element VoiceOver reports without a label (some search fields) shows as "(no label)" even if its page-source entry has a label or placeholder, so check ios_page_source before calling it unlabelled. `text` is null when VoiceOver did not report a new position (end of the screen, or an activate — an activate usually works but the new position is not reported until the next move, and its `note` says so); right after start there is no cursor yet, so a first move that lands nowhere is retried once and then carries a `note` — move once more. read_all reads at speaking pace, a few seconds per item, so its list holds only what was reached in `duration` seconds (the reply echoes the `duration` used); the list can miss the first item, so use next / previous for a complete transcript; its final position is the last item listed. If a move reports no position and VoiceOver has switched itself off (a system prompt it cannot reach may be showing), the reply says `enabled: false`. On a device seeing VoiceOver for the first time, iOS shows a one-time "VoiceOver changes the gestures" sheet that holds the cursor until someone answers Use VoiceOver. While VoiceOver is on, taps and swipes behave differently (one tap selects, a double tap activates), so stop it when done. The device is kept silent automatically while VoiceOver is on, unless someone is watching it in a browser, who hears it instead.

  • Get the building-by-building breakdown for one transaction: footprint area, number of storeys, and estimated total floor area (footprint × storeys) for each building on the property. search_transactions / search_by_area / search_by_polygon return per-transaction building SUMS inline; this tool splits them into individual buildings. Use it after a search when a result has building data and you need the detail (e.g. a developed-land deed covering several buildings). Each building also carries a construction-age estimate derived from building-permit records. It is an ESTIMATE with an interval, never a registry construction date, and the records only start in 2016 — so for most buildings the honest answer is "construction year not established", which is stated explicitly rather than left out. The transaction_id is the id shown on a search result that has building data. Cost: 4 tokens. Returns nothing for a transaction with no buildings.

  • Audit a rendered iOS screen from a view-hierarchy/accessibility snapshot (and optional screenshot). Alias of audit_screen with platform:"ios". Call with no arguments for the expected snapshot shape. Call with {elements:[{label, rect:{x,y,w,h},role, fontPt,fgColor,bgColor}],viewport:{w,h}} to score 44×44pt touch targets, contrast (with iOS secondaryLabel/tertiaryLabel treated as platform-standard — warn not fail), and visual rhythm (alignment, gap consistency, optical balance) in points. Same return shape as audit_page. Taste-profile bindings are not available on the hosted (remote) endpoint (per-user state is a later phase). Omit 'project'/'profile' to run the stateless iOS screen audit.

  • Count the total records in an account's collection (e.g. how many likes a user has given). Scans server-side so you don't page manually. AT Protocol has no cheap exact count, so for very large collections this returns exact:false with a lower-bound count and a cursor, call again with that cursor and ADD the counts to keep going.

  • PREFERRED fast screenshot of an iOS device via the MJPEG stream. Returns the JPEG image PLUS a text block with the image pixel size and the device POINT size, and the exact formula to convert a pixel you read off the image into iOS screen points for the HID/tap tools (the image is NOT 1:1 with device points — guessing that scale is the #1 cause of missed taps). Much faster than ios_screenshot; use it for routine per-action checks. Auto-wakes on a black frame. Requires an active iOS automation session, because the speed comes from reading the frame stream that session is already running — with no session, use ios_fast_screenshot instead.

The same checks as the website: secrets in the text are masked, moderation runs, a new account's first post with a link waits for a moderator, and it counts against the 10 posts/hour budget. The question shows 'Asked via an agent'. Use this, not create_post, for help questions.

  • Scan the local Apple project and write a compact .axint/context pack so Axint can reason over changed files, nearby SwiftUI surfaces, and interaction-risk files instead of only one source file at a time. Use: use before project-aware repair, multi-file SwiftUI work, or interaction-risk analysis. Inputs: changedFiles seed related-file discovery; dryRun returns the pack without writing .axint/context. Effects: writes .axint/context unless dryRun=true; reads local project files only.
