"A server for finding home automation information" matching MCP tools:

  • Complete the trip: from a resort, find the nearest gateway airport(s) and get flight-search links from your home airport. The "get there" leg of the funnel — pair with find_best_powder / find_powder_trips (find fresh snow) → this → book_lodging (stay). Args: resort (slug, required — use search_resorts to resolve a name), optional origin (your home-airport IATA like DEN, or a city name).

  • Shows the history of past recipe runs and their results (recorded by recipe_run), so you can reuse, compare, or debug an automation. Pass `name` for one recipe's runs, or omit for a compact history across all recipes. Pass `run_id` (with `name`) to get that run in full detail. Newest first.

  • Provide an answer to the current step in a compliance workflow. Use this when someone provides information requested by the workflow, such as 'our system processes health data' or 'we use AES-256 encryption'. The workflow engine validates the response and advances to the next step. Pass user_acknowledged=true only after the user has supplied the fields listed in user_provided_fields. evidence_references accepts document UUIDs, doc:// segment URIs, or regulatory URLs. For an unattended gate, pass approved_by='auto' and leave user_acknowledged=false so the report does not misrepresent automation as human review. approved_by accepts only 'auto'; human review is asserted via user_acknowledged, never by naming an approver.

  • Open the Project Workspace. With no project reference it always opens Project Workspaces Home — the caller's authorized project list — even when exactly one project is accessible. An exact project_id, or a project name/alias matching exactly one authorized project, opens that project's eight tabs (overview, memory, todo, decisions, documents, conversations, timeline, settings); multiple or no matches return Home with candidates or an honest no-match state. For a quick text-only status, blockers, or next-actions answer use get_project_summary. Explicit standalone TODO or Ledger intent keeps using open_todo_board or open_ledger.

  • Get full overview of an Arcadia account: health factor, collateral value, debt, deposited assets, liquidation price, and automation status. Health factor = 1 - (used_margin / liquidation_value): 1 = no debt (safest), >0 = healthy, 0 = liquidation threshold, <0 = past liquidation. Higher is safer. On all supported chains returns an `automation` object showing which asset managers are enabled (rebalancer, compounder, yield_claimer, merkl_operator, gas_relayer, cow_swapper). Automation detection spans every asset-manager version deployed on the selected chain, so registrations made on older versions are still reported as active; the returned value is the user-facing dex_protocol (e.g. 'slipstream') with no version suffix. LP positions in assets[] include a dex_protocol field (slipstream, slipstream_v2, slipstream_v3, staked_slipstream, staked_slipstream_v2, staked_slipstream_v3, uniV3, uniV4) — use this as the dex_protocol param for write_asset_manager.* tools. Slipstream V2 is Base-only. V3 is available on Base and Optimism. Unichain supports only Slipstream V1, uniV3, and uniV4. The automation object uses internal AM key names (slipstreamV1, slipstreamV2, slipstreamV3, uniV3, uniV4): map slipstreamV1 → 'slipstream'/'staked_slipstream', slipstreamV2 → 'slipstream_v2'/'staked_slipstream_v2', slipstreamV3 → 'slipstream_v3'/'staked_slipstream_v3', uniV3 → 'uniV3', uniV4 → 'uniV4'. Numeric fields without a _usd suffix are in the account's numeraire token raw units (divide by 10^decimals: 6 for USDC, 18 for WETH, 8 for cbBTC). Fields ending in _usd are in USD with 18 decimals (divide by 1e18). health_factor is unitless. Asset amounts are raw token units. To list all accounts for a wallet, use read_wallet_accounts.

  • One-call care-quality + provider-identity read for a named US healthcare FACILITY (hospital, nursing home, home-health agency, or hospice). Joins two keyless federal sources: CMS Care Compare (data.cms.gov) for the facility's quality signal - the CMS star rating and, for a hospital, the measure-group highlights (mortality, safety of care, readmission, timely-and-effective care measured better / no different / worse vs national), plus ownership, type, and for a nursing home the health-inspection / staffing / quality-measure star breakdown, certified beds, abuse flag, and fines - and the NPPES NPI Registry for the facility's legal identity (organizational NPI, taxonomy, city/state, active status). Provide a facility name (e.g. 'Cleveland Clinic', 'Mayo Clinic Hospital'); optionally add a 2-letter state to disambiguate and a type (hospital / nursing_home / home_health / hospice) to pin the CMS dataset. When no type is given the tool infers the provider category from the NPPES taxonomy and probes the CMS datasets in order. A leg that fails is noted, not fatal. This is an INFORMATIONAL public-record read, NOT medical advice, a substitute for CMS Care Compare, or an endorsement of any facility.

  • MCP server for Home Automation

  • Give your AI app the keys to the house — smart home sensors, alerts, automations, and the switch itself. Point Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or Codex at your own Chirp home and ask which sensors have gone quiet, why the leak detector went off at 2am, or how cold the garage got overnight — then add a sensor, build an automation, or switch something on. Hosted and OAuth-secured: you sign in with your usual Chirp account, there is no key to generate. Two devices are free. https://chirpwireless.io

  • Capture a lead for an insurance product Libertas doesn't quote inline (renters, life, commercial, motorcycle, boat, RV, umbrella, condo, landlord, etc.) — OR any home/auto customer who asks to be contacted later instead of finishing the quote in chat. Creates a row in the CRM Leads bucket so a licensed agent can follow up. CALL THIS WHEN: - The customer asks about an insurance type other than home/auto/bundle, AND has shared a name + email or phone. Confirm with the customer that you're going to have someone reach out, then call this tool. - The customer says "have someone call me later" or similar even on a home/auto inquiry. - The customer mentions an unusual circumstance and wants a human follow-up. DO NOT CALL WHEN: - The customer is still actively answering questions in the home/auto intake flow — keep going through the regular intake. - You don't have any contact info yet — ask for name + email/phone first. What it does: writes a Leads row tagged with the line of interest, contact info, preferred follow-up time, and any notes you supply. A licensed Libertas agent will reach out within one business day. Returns a confirmation message you can paraphrase to the customer ("you're on our list — someone from the team will reach out about [interest]").

  • Return only the calling customer's safe Home metadata plus opaque saved_location_ref, current-location handoff availability, and provided city/ZIP context. Never returns ZIP, address, latitude, or longitude. Ask exactly: "Where should I search? For local categories, share your current location or use Home only when it is marked exact. Another city/ZIP is for area context or business-name lookup only." Only current or Home with kind=saved_exact authorizes local category/recommendation discovery; provided city/ZIP and coarse Home are neutral name-disambiguation context. Requires an active scoped consumer personal-agent key.

  • Configure a specific **agent's** PWA branding and install experience (applies to that agent's `/s/` standalone chat pages — what gets installed to the home screen is one agent's entry page, so each agent is its own app). - `agent`: the agent name whose install branding to configure (required). - `icon_source_url`: public URL of one master image (PNG/JPG/WebP ≥192×192, ideally a square logo). The server derives the full set: browser-tab favicon(48) + install icons 192/512 + Android maskable(512). Non-square images are centre-cropped. Once set, "Add to Home Screen" installs this agent's own icon. - `install_prompt`: prompt style — `banner` (a dismissible slim bar inside the chat page, default), `card` (a card shown on first visit; more visible, more intrusive), `off` (no prompt). Android/Chrome uses the system install dialog; iOS automatically switches to a "Share → Add to Home Screen" illustrated guide. Icon/prompt params optional, settable independently. Returns the final config (icon URLs + install_prompt). Full walkthrough in the Cookbook's configure-branding.

  • Analyze a server response from authorized probing for information leakage, fingerprinting signals, and exploitation opportunities scoped to the authorized engagement. Accepts raw HTTP response headers and body (paste from Burp, curl, or any HTTP client) and returns structured findings grouped by category. Each finding includes: what was detected, why it matters for an authorized tester, how a defender detects misuse, and recommended remediation. Identifies version disclosures, stack traces, debug headers, internal paths, JWT/cookie patterns, CORS misconfigurations, and other common leakage patterns. Use as the bridge between recon/probing output and the methodology and payload tools.

  • AgentsPrice public live-deals feed (electronics, gaming, home, fashion), cached about 10 minutes, containing only real sourced deals with live buy links. No API key required. Use for a quick read of what is genuinely on sale right now.
    Connector
  • Analyze a home-remodeling contractor's bid/estimate for fairness and risk. Returns a 0-100 confidence score, red flags (deposit traps, vague scope, missing items, payment terms), a plain-English summary, and negotiation talk tracks. Use when a homeowner asks 'is this contractor quote fair?' or shares a remodeling estimate.

  • Neighborhood-baseline property value estimate. Returns the Census ACS median home value for the zip plus a wide confidence interval. NOT an individual-property AVM — does not adjust for sqft, beds, lot, condition, or recent comps. Use this to ground-truth a buyer's expectation; pair with scout.search_listings for actual sold/active comps. Free, all 50 states.
    Connector
  • Searches for files by name within the allowlist (uses mdfind/Spotlight). Scoped to the allowed folders — the home directory by default (extend via Settings → Advanced → Allowed folders); pass path= to search a specific allowed folder. A path outside the allowlist returns an actionable 'access denied'.
    Connector
  • Get the Senzing JSON analyzer script to validate mapped data files client-side. REQUIRED: `workspace_dir` (writable directory, e.g. ~/sz-workspace) — the call WILL FAIL without it. The analyzer validates records against the Entity Specification, examines feature distribution, attribute coverage, and data quality. Returns a Python script (no dependencies) with instructions. No source data is sent to the server. Typical workspace_dir values: Linux `/tmp` or `~/sz-workspace`; macOS `~/sz-workspace`; sandboxed envs: explicit path under home (do NOT assume /tmp exists).

  • Returns a home purchase market bundle: current 30yr mortgage rate, median US home sale price (MSPUS), estimated monthly P&I payment on the median home assuming 20% down, annual income required to qualify at 28% DTI, affordability level signal, and housing starts. Directly answers "can my client afford a home today?" Priced at $0.60 USDC via x402 on Base.

  • Estimate the monthly home-loan EMI / monthly payment in India — a home-loan calculator. Deterministic math; not advice or a loan-approval claim. Two modes: pass propertyValue (80% LTV assumed) OR loanAmount for a specific loan (e.g. "₹50 lakh loan"). Use for "what would my EMI be" / "monthly payment on …". The response `assumptionNote` states the basis in plain words. Always surface the disclaimer field.

  • Return the description and install snippets for a named tool or server. For tools: the description and the server it belongs to. For servers: local (stdio, via npx) install snippets for every published server, plus remote (HTTP) connection snippets when a hosted endpoint exists — for every supported client, or one client via the client parameter. Call cyanheads_search_catalog first to find valid names.

  • Generate a WhatsApp inquiry link for a Fursat home. Returns a wa.me URL that opens WhatsApp with a prefilled message identifying the listing and (optionally) the guest's dates, party size, and notes. Use this when a traveler wants to actually book or inquire about a specific home after seeing it in search results. Bookings on Fursat happen on WhatsApp — there is no online checkout.
