"A framework for building cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter" matching MCP tools:

  • Discover the investment-thesis catalog. Each entry is a descriptive case study that pairs an economic framework with a rule-based portfolio and the synthetic + historical stress evidence for that allocation. Returns one compact summary per thesis (slug, title, one-liner, tags, risk tiers, framework summary, headline finding). Call get_investment_thesis(slug) for the full framework / portfolio / stress evidence, or read the thesis://{slug} resource. Descriptive, not advisory — the agent decides what is suitable.

  • List applications to courses that require applying before enrollment (requiresApplication), newest first, each with the applicant and their answers; an applicant is not enrolled until the application is approved. For enrolled or waitlisted learners use enrollment_list instead. status:"pending" is the review queue; add courseId for one course's queue. Learners apply from the course page, one application per learner per course; a rejected learner can apply again, which reopens the same application as pending with new answers. applicationData is {responses: [{label, value}]}, one entry per application question, or {message} when the course asks no questions (older applications may hold a flat question-to-answer object). Returns {total, count, applications: [{id, status, applicant {id, name, email}, course {id, name}, applicationData, decisionNote, reviewedAt, createdAt, updatedAt}]}. Approve or reject one with application_review, using its id.

  • After explicit confirmation in a later user turn, close and remove exactly the job shown in the original preview. Show title, company, current state and effect: the job disappears from public listings and normal workspace, releases occupied capacity, cancels pending promotion where possible, and preserves applications/audit history. Reversible using restore_employer_job. Pass original slug and updatedAt unchanged; stale versions require a fresh preview and new confirmation. Never purchases, deletes applications or notifies applicants. Exact retries are safe.

  • Get the building-by-building breakdown for one transaction: footprint area, number of storeys, and estimated total floor area (footprint × storeys) for each building on the property. search_transactions / search_by_area / search_by_polygon return per-transaction building SUMS inline; this tool splits them into individual buildings. Use it after a search when a result has building data and you need the detail (e.g. a developed-land deed covering several buildings). Each building also carries a construction-age estimate derived from building-permit records. It is an ESTIMATE with an interval, never a registry construction date, and the records only start in 2016 — so for most buildings the honest answer is "construction year not established", which is stated explicitly rather than left out. The transaction_id is the id shown on a search result that has building data. Cost: 4 tokens. Returns nothing for a transaction with no buildings.

  • Start here when building an application. Returns an overview of what the AdCritter platform offers and a catalog of feature guides you can query with the adcritter_guidance tool to learn how to build each part of the app. Call adcritter_guidance(key) for any feature area to get detailed building instructions with API endpoints and response shapes.

  • Unofficial MCP server for the Ionic Framework documentation, components and blog.

  • Returns Mastra (Bun) and LangGraph (Python) patterns for AI agent workflows. Call this BEFORE create_workflow / update_draft when building chatbots, tool-using agents, or multi-step LLM flows. Do not hand-roll custom agent loops — use the preinstalled frameworks.

  • Search the pre-resolved mobile-app index with text and optional store, platform, developer, price, rating, or category filters. Costs 1 credit per record returned (minimum 2), so keep `page_size` to what you need. This returns app records; datasets_apps_reviews_search searches review data, while datasets_apps_charts_search returns chart data.

  • Retrieve the WEO quantitative coordination metrics — dated observations of the documented connection network computed under Towards Coordination Science (TCS). Returns Cross-Sector Transmission Frequency (CSTF) with its permutation null model, the cross-sector transmission matrix (sparse non-zero cells plus the fixed 11-category row order), Framework Family Density, Cross-Bloc Connection Frequency, and Connection Growth Rate. For live corpus counts and distributions, use `get_coverage_stats` — metrics here are derived, dated observations, never live recomputations. Omit `metric` for all of them; set `include_history` for the full append-only series rather than the latest observation. Pre-operational: the corpus has not reached operational threshold, so every value is a dated observation of the documented record as constructed, not a measurement of the real-world coordination landscape. Each metric carries its own `status` — `published` metrics are surfaced on the platform; `pre_operational` ones are recorded but not publication-grade; `insufficient_corpus` ones are blocked. Values are comparable only within a `taxonomy` epoch. Served in full on both tiers.

  • List the available Tessryx guides (topic + what each covers). Read a guide with get_guide before building something you're unsure how to model — they cover the platform overview, an end-to-end page recipe, and the authoring lifecycle.

  • Read Fieldproxy's app-building reference. topic='index' lists every guide and widget. Guides: 'app' (app JSON), 'view' (screen JSON), 'actions' (onclick/onchange/navigation), 'schema' and 'tenant-schema' (data tables), 'theming', 'design', 'dashboards', and more. Any widget type name (e.g. 'table', 'form', 'map_widget') returns that widget's full syntax. Read the relevant doc before writing any app or screen JSON — it is more reliable than memory. Web and mobile apps have DIFFERENT references: pass platform 'mobile' for a mobile app (no `type: "web"`).

  • Diagnoses whether complexity exists and where it comes from, using the three-symptom, two-root-cause framework. Use when code feels harder to work with than it should but the specific problem is unclear. Not for scanning known design smells (use red-flags) or evaluating a module's depth (use deep-modules).

  • Planning history AT this property: applications linked to the unit or its building — each with decision, dates, appeal, CIL liability, development type and `match_level` (`unit`, `building`, or `nearby` within 25 m when nothing is linked) — a summary (approved / refused / withdrawn / pending), what needs consent here from the designation flags read three-valued (`applies` against `unchecked`), the LPA, and `coverage`: official planning data covers the 33 London boroughs today, so `status: not_covered` outside London is a different answer from `no_applications`, and is not charged. UK only. Costs 5 credits. Keyed on a UPRN, not an address: call `address_autocomplete` (free) to narrow, then `address_resolve` to get one.

  • Get the current deployment status for a project, including the live URL (https://{slug}.sota.io), detected framework, and recent deployment history. Deployment statuses: pending (queued), building (build in progress), built (image ready), deploying (starting container + health checks), running (live and healthy), failed (build or health check error), stopped (replaced by newer deployment). Use this to verify a deployment succeeded after calling deploy.

  • Public record for a landlord / property owner: portfolio size, total violations, 311 complaints, average building score across the portfolio, and worst building where available. Accepts either the owner name as it appears in a building report (e.g. "SMITH REALTY LLC") or a landlord page slug. The returned url lists every building they own with per-building records.

  • Get all controls for a framework, naming it as a query parameter Identical to agent_get_framework_controls, taking the framework name as a query parameter instead of a path segment. Use this whenever the framework name contains a forward slash. 84 of the frameworks in the graph do, including CCPA/CPRA, AML/CTF Act 2006 and BSA/AML, and the path form cannot reach any of them: the server decodes %2F back to a real separator before routing, so the request 404s no matter how it is encoded. This route has no such problem and works for every framework. Free, no authentication. ### Responses: **200**: Successful Response (Success Response) Content-Type: application/json

  • Apply to a job on behalf of the user, or get its application link. Two outcomes by job type: internal jobs (posted directly through Remoet's partner system) are applied to end-to-end and return the created application; scraped jobs (most of the platform) return applicationType "external" with the applicationUrl where the user applies on the company's site. Share that link with the user; Remoet cannot submit external applications for them. Applying to an internal job submits a real application in the user's name, so it needs the user's explicit consent. Internal jobs must be published and not expired, and the user can only apply once per job: duplicate applications are rejected.
