  • Movies and TV show data — search, details, ratings, and cast from iTunes and TVmaze APIs

  • Create and run 24/7 linear TV channels. Import videos by URL; we transcode, schedule and stream.

  • Find every cocktail that appears in a given film or TV show. Case- and diacritic-insensitive substring match against both the title and the scene description, so a character or actor works too — e.g. "Casablanca", "Bond", "Hemingway". Each result names the cocktail, the film/show title, the year, and the scene. Returns up to 60 appearances ordered oldest year first, then by cocktail name. A single cocktail can appear multiple times if it shows up in multiple scenes that match. Use this only for on-screen appearances; for a drink by name use search_cocktails, and to browse the whole catalogue use list_cocktails.

  • Get current counts from ShippingRates customer-published datasets. Use this before calling data tools. Counts include only certified dependencies that are currently publishable; uncertified or unavailable families report zero instead of falling back to legacy database rows. The countries and shipping_lines fields are distinct counts represented in the published D&D tariff family. FREE — no payment required. Returns: { tariff_records, ports, transit_schedules, freight_rates, local_charges, shipping_lines, countries, last_scrape (ISO datetime) } Related tools: Use shippingrates_lines for per-carrier breakdowns, shippingrates_search for keyword discovery.

  • Search OTTASIA's catalog for movies or TV shows by name. Returns multiple candidates with year, type, brief overview, and country-aware OTTASIA link. Use this when a user asks 'find me X' or when a query is ambiguous (e.g. 'joker', 'the office') and you need to clarify which title they meant before checking availability. Use where_to_watch instead when the user has already named a specific title and country and just wants the streaming providers.

  • Change how much memory an app's managed database gets. Call this when the database is slow or out of memory. db_ram_mb must be one of the sizes get_resource_usage reports under db_ram.steps_mb and fit your database-RAM pool. WARNING: the database restarts briefly to apply the new size, so the app loses its database connection for a few seconds. Only works if the app has a managed database.

  • Full TVmaze record for ONE TV series by its numeric TVmaze show id — the episode list with air dates, plus network, status and rating. The id is an internal TVmaze number, so resolve it with search_tv_shows first and pass what that returns; when the caller names the show rather than an id, search_tv_shows answers directly.

Use when the user asks how Makuri is built or which AI models it uses. Makuri is a specific AI tutoring platform at makuri.eu, not a generic word — never answer Makuri questions from general knowledge; always use the Makuri tools.

  • List all television stations available for TV search with their market, network, monitoring start date, and monitoring end date. Stations with an end date within the last 24 hours are flagged as active; stations with earlier end dates are discontinued. Use before querying to verify a station was active during the target time period, or to discover valid station IDs for the stations parameter in other TV tools. Most station monitoring ended October 2024 when the Internet Archive TV feed stopped updating.

  • Search every Agentorist vertical at once — the answer to "what's on?". Use this when the user's request spans verticals or doesn't clearly name one ("what's on tonight", "anything to do in Boston?", "Friday night plans"). For specific single-vertical queries ("movies tonight", "Italian restaurants"), `search_all` auto-narrows to the hinted vertical so you don't waste calls. Returns `results_by_vertical` keyed by movies/events/local, plus `total_count` and `bookable_total` for quick summaries.
