CareRelay — Alexa+ Care Handoffs

Voice-first care handoffs, so no family task falls through.

CareRelay turns scattered family updates into a calm, consent-aware handoff that Alexa+ can read aloud. It remembers what happened, identifies one next action, tracks ownership, and keeps private notes out of shared briefs.

Built for the Alexa+ primary track of the Build, Ship, Shape: Amazon Developer Hackathon. The web simulator and real MCP server share the same domain service—there is no separate demo-only data path.

Features

  • Streamable HTTP MCP endpoint at POST /mcp

  • MCP 2026-07-28 with 2025-11-25 client compatibility

  • Six tools, two resources, and a guided prompt

  • Responsive Alexa+ voice/text simulator

  • Stateful observations, follow-ups, completions, and deterministic reset

  • care-circle and private-to-me consent boundaries

  • Safety stop for urgent language; no diagnosis or medical advice

  • Automated domain, privacy, safety, and MCP contract tests
