Mobilize US MCP Server

This project exposes a read-only MCP server for Mobilize public API data, including organizations, events, and enums.

What It Supports

• List organizations (useful as groups)

• List promoted organizations for an organization

• Get a public event by id

• List organization events with filtering

• Get an organization event

• List deleted organization events

• Get enum metadata

Setup

1. Install dependencies:

 uv pip install -r requirements.txt

1. Add environment variables to .env if needed:

 MOBILIZE_API_KEY=your_optional_api_key
MOBILIZE_API_BASE_URL=https://api.mobilize.us/v1
 MOBILIZE_HTTP_TIMEOUT=20

Notes:

• Most tools are public and work without an API key.

• If you have privileged access, set MOBILIZE_API_KEY to include authenticated fields where supported.

Run Locally

Use uv with MCP CLI compatibility for FastMCP:

uv run --with "mcp[cli]<2" --with python-dotenv --with requests mcp run server.py
