Read-only access to Jira Cloud via REST API v3. Provides tools for listing projects, epics, issues, sprints, searching with JQL, retrieving issue details, comments, transitions, changelog, and watchers.
Click on "Install Server".
Wait a few minutes for the server to deploy. Once ready, it will show a "Started" state.
In the chat, type
@followed by the MCP server name and your instructions, e.g., "@jira-mcp-servershow details for issue PROJ-123"
That's it! The server will respond to your query, and you can continue using it as needed.

Configuration
The server is configured through environment variables (Jira credentials) and an optional JSON config file (tool filters, project restrictions, cache settings).
Set MCP_CONFIG_PATH to point to your config file:
