| CREDENTIAL_SECRET | No | Derives credential-encryption key and JWT signing key. Required for HTTP mode. | |
| MCP_RELAY_PASSWORD | No | One shared password gating /authorize. Recommended for HTTP mode. | |
| MCP_STORAGE_BACKEND | No | Set to 'cf-kv' for Cloudflare Workers. | |
| GOOGLE_OAUTH_CLIENT_ID | No | Web client id for OAuth. | |
| GOOGLE_OAUTH_CLIENT_SECRET | No | Web client secret for OAuth. |
