Prerequisites: GitHub org member with permission to publish under Trusgent (io.github.Trusgent/*).

Recommended: GitHub Actions OIDC from this repo (Actions → Publish to MCP Registry → Run workflow). Local mcp-publisher login github may only grant io.github.peteyhuang/* unless the OAuth token includes org Owner scope.
