Bygglov 2.0 - demo case system with MCP

This is a local demo case system to show how a Copilot Studio agent can work against a third-party system via MCP.

Data source

The first time the app starts, data/cases.json is seeded from the local Bygglov demo environment:

If you want to reseed from the source folders: stop the server, delete data\cases.json and start again.

Connect to Copilot Studio

For local demo, the MCP endpoint needs to be reachable from Copilot Studio, for example via Microsoft Dev Tunnels or a similar secure tunnel.

Example:

devtunnel host -p 3978 --allow-anonymous

Then use the tunnel's public HTTPS address with /mcp, for example:

https://<din-tunnel>.devtunnels.ms/mcp
