MCPing
Enables sending desktop notifications on macOS with customizable title, message, subtitle, urgency, sound, and timeout.
Click on "Install Server".
Wait a few minutes for the server to deploy. Once ready, it will show a "Started" state.
In the chat, type
@followed by the MCP server name and your instructions, e.g., "@MCPingSend a notification saying the build is complete"
That's it! The server will respond to your query, and you can continue using it as needed.

MCPing is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that enables AI assistants to send desktop notifications on macOS. Finally, your AI can tap you on the shoulder instead of just sitting there quietly being brilliant.
Installation
Prerequisites: Node.js 18+ and macOS (for notifications)

Check Permissions: System Preferences → Notifications → Terminal (allow notifications)
Do Not Disturb: Ensure DND is disabled or use
