• Determine if a FRIA is required (is_fria_required): Checks whether a FRIA is mandatory based on organisation type, public-law body status, public service context, and Annex III high-risk AI categories.

• Generate a FRIA template (generate_fria_template): Creates a structured template with all 7 mandatory Article 27 fields pre-populated, tailored to deployer name, AI system, Annex III category, estimated users, and geographic scope.

• Map to the EDPB DPIA template (map_to_edpb_dpia): Provides a crosswalk between FRIA fields and the EDPB harmonised DPIA template sections, helping avoid redundant compliance work.
