Move "[subject]" to Other --- ### Actions Available - "Show all from [sender] in Other" - Find all potentially miscategorized from sender - "Show details for #[N]" - See full email - "Move #[N] to main inbox" - Remove Other label (note: may require Superhuman app) ## Detection Heuristics ### Important Email Signals (Should be in Main Inbox) **Strong signals:** - Direct reply to something you sent - From someone you've exchanged 3+ emails with - Contains your name in body (not just To:) - From your company's domain - Starred or marked important by Gmail **Medium signals:** - From a real person (not no-reply) - Short email (personal correspondence tends to be shorter) - Sent only to you (not CC'd) - Contains questions directed at you ### Noise Signals (Should be in Other Feed) **Strong signals:** - From no-reply/noreply address - Contains "unsubscribe" link - List-Unsubscribe header present - Sent to many recipients - HTML-heavy with images (marketing format) **Medium signals:** - From automated systems (notifications@, alerts@) - Generic greeting ("Dear Customer", "Hello") - Promotional language - Recurring/scheduled send pattern ## Limitations - We can analyze categorization but may not be able to move emails between Superhuman categories directly - Superhuman's categorization happens server-side - Best fix is often to train Superhuman via VIP/Mute in the app Begin by searching for potential miscategorizations in both directions, then present findings with recommendations.
