# Gemini Web Search MCP Server This project implements a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that uses the local [gemini-cli](https://github.com/google-gemini/gemini-cli) to perform [Web Search Tool](https://github.com/google-gemini/gemini-cli/blob/main/docs/tools/web-search.md). ## Prerequisites - Node.js (v18 or higher) - A local installation of the `gemini-cli`. ## Setup 1. Clone the repository: ```bash git clone https://github.com/mofumofu3n/mcp-gemini-web-search.git cd google-search-mcp ``` 2.
