### get_transcript
Get transcript text from a YouTube video.
| Parameter | Type | Description |
| ----------------- | ------ | ---------------------------------------- |
| `url` | string | YouTube URL or video ID |
| `language` | string | Language code (default: auto) |
| `with_timestamps` | bool | Include timestamps (default: false) |
