- Identify any mismatches between Core and Meta

A report listing:
1. Current endpoints used by the Core Trac MCP server
2. Equivalent Meta Trac endpoints (with actual URLs)
3. Any mismatches or differences observed
4. HTTP response status for each Meta endpoint probe
