INTERPRETATION:
Thyroid function tests are within normal limits on current levothyroxine
75mcg daily dosing. TSH is appropriately suppressed in the lower half of
the normal range, which is appropriate for patient with Hashimoto's
thyroiditis.
Elevated TPO antibodies consistent with known autoimmune thyroiditis
diagnosis. Clinical correlation advised.
RECOMMENDATION:
Continue current levothyroxine dose. Repeat TSH in 6 months or sooner
if symptoms develop.
