### Steps to Execute:
1. **Login to NPM**

npm login
```
You'll need:
- NPM username
- Password
- Email (must be verified)
- 2FA code (if enabled)
2. **Test Build**
```bash
npm run build
ls -la dist/
```
3. **Dry Run**
```bash
npm pack --dry-run
```

4. **Publish to NPM**
```bash
npm publish --access public
```
5. **Verify Publication**

mermaid-mcp --help
```
