Click on "Install Server".
Wait a few minutes for the server to deploy. Once ready, it will show a "Started" state.
In the chat, type

Getting an API Token
Go to Atlassian API Tokens
Click Create API token
Give it a name (e.g., "Bitbucket MCP")
Copy the generated token

This stores credentials securely in ~/.bitbucket-mcp/config.json with 600 permissions.
