# Request New Tenant

## Prerequisites
- You have a production tenant where you have enabled *Integration Suite* service and provisioned the tenant.
- You have deployed custom integration adapters in your tenant.
## Context
To validate your custom adapters and integration flows in the new version of Apache Camel runtime, you should request a new test tenant, which is equipped with new runtime.
## Procedure
1. From the subaccount of your productive Integration Suite tenant, go to *Services* \> *Integration Suite* \> *Settings* \> *Camel 3.14 Upgrade* \> *Request*.
2. Accept the test tenant usage conditions.
> ### Note:
> A test tenant:
>
> - Can only be used for validating custom integration adapters in Apache Camel 3.14 runtime. Any production usage is not allowed.
> - Is not covered under any SLAs. However, SAP will ensure normal usage conditions.
> - Should not be used for performance testing.
> - Do not have data backup.
> - Is covered under free plan, which have a validity of 90 days from the subscription date. For extension requests or other queries, create a [ticket](http://support.sap.com) using the component LOD-HCI-PI-PRV. For more details, see SAP Note [3326553](https://me.sap.com/notes/3326553).
A subaccount is assigned for futher process.
> ### Note:
> - Only one subaccount is assigned for each global account.
> - If the subaccount creation fails, try after sometime or create a [ticket](http://support.sap.com) using the component LOD-HCI-PI-PRV.
