Nothing is charged by that call; payment, completion and cancellation happen over the agentic HTTP API with the returned key. Good to know: prices come back in minor units of the currency you ask for, data allowances are in megabytes, and quotes are offers rather than reservations, so the charged total is computed at checkout.
