Read-only contract call (eth_call) on Ethereum, Base, Arc or BNB Chain: returned bytes or the revert reason, at a named block. Nothing is signed or sent. $0.001 per call over x402 (USDC on Arc, Base or Solana, or XNT on X1). Call once without payment for the terms, sign them with your own wallet, call again with payment.
