arc_send_guard
Send guard for Arc: call before sending USDC or a token. Verdict stop / check / ok with reasons: a lookalike of an address the sender really used (address poisoning), bait from a forged transfer, a token contract or burn address, OFAC SDN or USDC blacklist, a fake USDC/EURC token, a brand-new address. A failed read is refused before payment. $0.001 per call over x402 (USDC on Arc, Base or Solana, or XNT on X1). Call once without payment for the terms, sign them with your own wallet, call again with payment.
