arc_allowance
Allowance check on Arc before an approval: what owner already approved to spender (default USDC), unlimited or not, in USD, the owner balance, the spender name if it is a contract we know (never guessed), risk signals. A non-token is refused before payment. $0.001 per call over x402 (USDC on Arc, Base or Solana, or XNT on X1). Call once without payment for the terms, sign them with your own wallet, call again with payment.
