Estimate embedded emissions (tCO2e) and EU CBAM certificate cost for steel exported to the EU. Input a production route (industry-average intensity, worldsteel 2023) or a carbon intensity such as an EPD A1–A3 value. The certificate cost is calculated only when an EU ETS price is given; no carbon price is assumed. Rough estimate: the free-allocation phase-out and carbon prices paid in the country of origin are not deducted. 估算鋼材出口歐盟的內含碳排與 CBAM 憑證成本；未提供 EU ETS 碳價時只算碳排量。
