Does the description disclose side effects, auth requirements, rate limits, or destructive behavior?
Annotations already declare destructiveHint=true and idempotentHint=true, but the description adds real context beyond them: the deletion is irreversible ('No undo') and the address is permanently retired, plus the cascade to mail and attachments. It does not mention auth/permission requirements, but for a destructive mutation this is solid added value.
Agents need to know what a tool does to the world before calling it. Descriptions should go beyond structured annotations to explain consequences.
