Use when the user requests stored Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, or Sponsored Display reports by ad product and report view. Returns supported campaign, ad group, ad, placement, search-term, targeting, purchased-product, or invalid-traffic rows. For SP, attribution_window selects 7d or 14d click-attributed sales, orders, units, ACOS, ROAS, and CVR (default 14d); responses state the window. SB/SD retain Amazon's single source window: omit attribution_window. invalid_traffic has no attributed conversions: omit the input. Available views and metrics vary by ad product; unsupported combinations return diagnostics. Supported views return refresh_status: the latest matching date in range, the latest loaded date when checked, and for SP only each profile's last completed scheduled refresh; SB/SD refresh timing is not available. Does not fetch live entity state or change ads.
