Check listing restrictions for an ASIN (live SP-API). Returns any restrictions on selling the product in a specific condition, including approval requirements and reasons. One of the buyability signals: pair with get_buybox_status, get_fba_eligibility, and get_suppressed_listings for a full 'can buyers buy this right now' check.
