Read Amazon-generated FBA inbound options without selecting one: packing options with fees, placement options with per-split fees/discounts, transportation options with carrier, mode, quote, expiration and void deadline (all pages), delivery window options with validity, and self-ship appointment slots where Amazon supports them. Options are generated first with prepare_fba_inbound_options.
