Returns changes across campaign, ad, search-term, targeting, or advertised-product dimensions supported by the selected ad product. Defaults to Sponsored Products; also supports Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display. Uses stored reports, not live entity state or write verification. Comparisons show observed changes, not proof of causation.
