Historical and upcoming stock splits in the from/to window: effective date and share counts. symbols filters the result. Costs 2 request units per call. All symbols must use the format SYMBOL.EXCHANGE (e.g., AAPL.US or SAP.XETRA). If exchange is unknown, use general_isin first. (Path: GET /api/v1/public/events/splits)
