withdraw_wiki_page_approval
Take an approval of a wiki page back: your own, or — the project's lead — somebody else's ('who'). Without 'version' it is the newest edition that person's approval stands on. Nothing is deleted: a 'withdrawn' line is added to the page's journal after the approval it answers, with your note. If nobody else's approval stands on that edition, an older approved edition is in force again, or none.
