Mark a wiki page as READ, IN YOUR OWN NAME: «I have read this edition». 'version' is the edition you read and must be the one get_wiki_page_reading gives as 'edition' — the call is refused when the edition to read is another one. Only for somebody the page is required reading for. The mark is a line in the page's journal — who, when, which edition — and is never changed or removed. It is a person's statement: make it when your person told you they have read the page, not because you fetched its text.
