A project's RECURRING ISSUES: issues it files by itself on a calendar — a monthly report, a quarterly review, a licence renewed every year. Each has the issue as words (summary, description, type, assignee, priority, labels), the cadence ('every' N of 'unit': week or month — 3 months is a quarter, 12 a year), 'nextDay' it files on, 'dueInDays' (the filed issue's due day, counted from the day it is filed), whose it is (it files in that person's name) and, when the last day filed nothing, 'halted' ('owner_lost': its owner can no longer configure the project and it is switched off; 'refused': the filing was refused, 'lastError' says why). 'lastIssueKey' is the last one filed. Any member may read them.
