A wiki page's APPROVAL: which edition is in force. 'version' is the edition the page is at now and 'approved' whether that very edition is approved. 'inForce' is the newest edition somebody's approval stands on — its 'version', when it was written, when it was approved and 'by' whom (null: the page was never approved). When 'inForce.version' is lower than 'version' the page was EDITED AFTER it was approved: the text you read with get_wiki_page is not the approved one. 'approvers' are the people named on the page as those who may approve it (the project's lead always may), 'canApprove' / 'canAsk' what you may do, and 'journal' every line ever written, newest first — asked, released, approved, withdrawn; no line is ever changed or removed.
