OpenAny

Enterprise Aggregated Overview API

yuandian_get_open_rh_enterpriseaggregationsummary

Return an overview of statistics across multiple enterprise information modules using an enterprise ID or unified social credit code; provide at least one of id and tyshxydm. Results contain aggregated statistics and Top 20 summaries for the different information categories, rather than complete details for each module. For complete paginated details, call the corresponding list APIs for trademarks, patents, hearing notices, court announcements, administrative penalties, and other modules. Uses the caller's OpenAny gateway credentials. Charges and authorization are determined by the gateway.

A4.3/5.0
Behavior4/5

Does the description disclose side effects, auth requirements, rate limits, or destructive behavior?

With no annotations supplied, the description carries the full burden and does well: it discloses the result shape (aggregates plus Top 20, not full records), states credentials come from the caller's OpenAny gateway, and warns that charges and authorization are gateway-determined. It does not say what happens on invalid IDs or whether both identifiers may be supplied at once.

Agents need to know what a tool does to the world before calling it. Descriptions should go beyond structured annotations to explain consequences.

Conciseness4/5

Is the description appropriately sized, front-loaded, and free of redundancy?

Front-loaded with purpose, then result granularity, then the alternative, then the billing/credential note — a sensible ordering with no filler. It is slightly dense with semicolons and could split the identifier requirement into its own sentence for faster scanning.

Shorter descriptions cost fewer tokens and are easier for agents to parse. Every sentence should earn its place.

Completeness4/5

Given the tool's complexity, does the description cover enough for an agent to succeed on first attempt?

With no output schema and no annotations, the description must convey return shape and operational cost, and it does both. Missing only edge-case behavior — what happens when neither identifier is provided, or when both are — which matters because the schema marks zero required parameters.

Complex tools with many parameters or behaviors need more documentation. Simple tools need less. This dimension scales expectations accordingly.

Parameters4/5

Does the description clarify parameter syntax, constraints, interactions, or defaults beyond what the schema provides?

Schema coverage is 100%, so the baseline is 3, but the description adds a genuine constraint the schema does not express: 'provide at least one of id and tyshxydm' clarifies that this is an either/or lookup despite both properties being optional. It stops short of stating precedence if both are passed.

Input schemas describe structure but not intent. Descriptions should explain non-obvious parameter relationships and valid value ranges.

Purpose5/5

Does the description clearly state what the tool does and how it differs from similar tools?

States a specific verb and resource ('Return an overview of statistics across multiple enterprise information modules') and immediately qualifies the granularity ('aggregated statistics and Top 20 summaries ... rather than complete details'). This lets an agent distinguish it from the many per-module list siblings such as enterprisepatent or enterprisecourtnotice without opening any schema.

Agents choose between tools based on descriptions. A clear purpose with a specific verb and resource helps agents select the right tool.

Usage Guidelines4/5

Does the description explain when to use this tool, when not to, or what alternatives exist?

Gives explicit routing guidance: use this for an overview, and call the corresponding list APIs for trademarks, patents, hearing notices, court announcements and administrative penalties when complete paginated details are needed. The gap is that the alternatives are described by module category rather than by exact sibling tool name, so the agent must map categories to tools itself.

Agents often have multiple tools that could apply. Explicit usage guidance like "use X instead of Y when Z" prevents misuse.
