scrapecreators_get_v1_tiktok_user_live

Checks if a TikTok user is currently live streaming and retrieves their live room details. Use the top-level is_live boolean instead of checking TikTok's numeric status values yourself. Also returns liveRoomUserInfo (nickname, avatar, followerCount, roomId) and liveRoom (title, startTime, status, liveRoomStats with enterCount and userCount, plus streamData with playback URLs in multiple qualities). Uses the caller's OpenAny gateway credentials. Charges and authorization are determined by the gateway.
