TikTok — Top Search
scrapecreators_get_v1_tiktok_search_topSearches TikTok's 'Top' results by query — returns both videos and photo carousels, unlike keyword search which only returns videos. Returns items, an array of objects each with id, desc (caption), content_type (video or photo carousel), statistics (play_count, digg_count/likes, comment_count, share_count), video info, and images for carousels. Paginate with cursor. TikTok may return duplicate results.
Uses the caller's OpenAny gateway credentials. Charges and authorization are determined by the gateway.
