scrapecreators_get_v1_spotify_artistRetrieves detailed information about a Spotify artist by their handle, including name, followers count, genres, and related artists. Accepts a handle as input and returns artist metadata such as id, name, followers, genres, and related artists. Uses the caller's OpenAny gateway credentials. Charges and authorization are determined by the gateway.
