Retrieves a Snapchat user's public profile by handle, including identity, stories, and spotlight content. Returns userProfile with username, title, snapcodeImageUrl, subscriberCount, bio, and profilePictureUrl. Also includes highlightStoryMetadata with individual story snaps (mediaUrl, mediaType, thumbnailUrl) and spotlightStoryMetadata with video details and engagement stats (viewCount, shareCount, commentCount). Uses the caller's OpenAny gateway credentials. Charges and authorization are determined by the gateway.
