Fetches the transcript from a LinkedIn post video when LinkedIn exposes one publicly. Returns null with transcriptNotAvailable when the post has no transcript, and only deducts credits when a transcript is returned. Returned native captions cost 1 credit; empty transcripts and errors cost 0 credits. This endpoint does not use AI transcription. Uses the caller's OpenAny gateway credentials. Charges and authorization are determined by the gateway.
