Searches Facebook's native public video search without a logged-in account and returns matching videos and Reels. This is not Google-indexed discovery or general Facebook text/photo-post search. Results follow Facebook's ranking and public availability, so coverage and ordering are not exhaustive or guaranteed. Requests can take several seconds; use a client timeout of at least 30 seconds. Temporary Facebook restrictions or upstream timeouts can return an uncharged error. Pass the returned cursor with the same query for the next page, and stop when cursor is null or has_more is false.
