Fetches photos from a public Facebook page with pagination support. Each photo includes photo_id, accessibility_caption, viewer_image with uri, height, and width, plus a thumbnail and direct url. Pagination requires passing both next_page_id and cursor from the previous response. Uses the caller's OpenAny gateway credentials. Charges and authorization are determined by the gateway.
