QCC — Submit Document Parsing

qcc_post_document_parse_document

Submit a directly accessible document URL for parsing into Markdown. Supports asynchronous processing and optional waiting; local files require the separate local bridge. Uses the caller's OpenAny gateway credentials. Charges and authorization are determined by the gateway.
